感恩,感动论文_王秀红

——Mom knows best德育教学案例

2017年11月,我代表学校出示了一节青岛市开放课,课题是:九年级第七单元Section A (3a-3c)部分,Mom knows best。一堂课结束,参加听课的老师们满满的都是感动,感觉自己收获很多、受益匪浅。所有的老师陪伴孩子们在舒缓的音乐声里感受诗歌的韵律、节奏和意境的美好,学会理解妈妈,感恩母爱的伟大,并且在老师的启发下,由衷地表达出对妈妈的热爱之情。在点评时,有位老师说:非常感谢王老师给我们带来的这样精彩的一节课,在听你课的时候,我们哭了,也笑了。You know us best.你这节课对诗歌的解读,让我们看到了只要学生积极地参与到课堂教学活动中来,无论采用什么样的方式,都是一节成功的课、一节好课。

教学过程

一、Step1. Pre-reading.

1.Listen to a song:You raise me up.

设计意图:歌曲导入,激发学生学习兴趣,学生热情高涨。兴趣是最好的老师,所以在阅读课的初始阶段迅速抓住学生的注意力,把他们的思绪带进特定的学习情境中,激发起学生浓厚的学习兴趣和强烈的求知欲,为下一步做好铺垫。

2.Free talk:Show some pictures about mom for the students.And then answer some questions about them.

T:What are the pictures about?

This is a picture about a Chinese poem.

Do you know the poem?

Can you recite it?

二、Step2.While-reading

Task 1:Read the title and guess what the meaning of the title is.Then the teacher shows the meaning to them and translates the meaning to them.

Task 2:New words and phrases:

(1)Answer the questions on the screen.

(2)Show some pictures and learn some new words and phrases.

When he was… What his mom did

A tiny baby

Tired and hungry

Fell and hurt

Task 3:Read the second part,choose the right answers.

Why do you think the writer talked back to his mom when he was seven and nine years old?Because……

(1)he felt that he was not a baby anymore.

(2)his mom wasn’t kind to him.

(3)his mom didn’t love him.

Task 4:Read the rest part and answer the questions.

(1)How did the writer feel when he was a teen(=teenager)and his mom said “Please be back by ten”?

(2)After reading the whole poem, how do you think the writer feels about his mom?(Talk in groups)

三、Step3.Post-reading

1.Question time:Discuss and help each other.

2.Explaination:辨析:regret to do sth.和regret doing sth.regret to do sth.意为 “很遗憾/抱歉要 做某事”(事情还没有做);regret doing sth.意为“很后悔/抱歉做了某事” (事情已经做过了)。

3.Listen and read:

(1)Listen to the poem with music.

(2)Ask some students to read aloud the poem with music for the whole class.

4.Retelling (show some pictures in different times of the writer and key words.)。

四、Step4.Summary

1.New words and phrases.

2.Grammar:should be (not)done sth.

3.Emotion:

(1)Learn to appreciate(欣赏)poems.

(2)Learn to be grateful(感恩).

4.T:If you are allowed to say just one sentence to your mother,what will you say?

五、Step5.Writing and sharing

Think about a time you did something even though your mom or dad told you not to do it.Share your story with your partner.(according to the questions)

How old were you?

What happened?

Did you talk back to your mom or dad?

How do you feel about it now?

You may write like this: When I was……, I……

阅读过程中诗歌的重读和非重读,朗诵时的快与慢,都给诗歌带来了音乐般的节奏美,让孩子们通过朗诵慢慢领会。

因此,无论是哪种题材的文本,只要我们敢于挑战、勇于探究,联系学生的生活实际,寓德育教育于英语教学当中,充分调动学生的积极性,为学生充分搭建展现的平台,使学生乐学、好学,最终我们的英语课堂都会收获满满。
