【摘要】 目的：探讨应用用魔术带固定监护仪导线的新方法，及监护仪导线固定对医护人员的工作效率及对患者的抢救效果影响。方法：采用魔术带固定床边心电监护仪导线，使监护仪的三根导线分类收纳。结果：用魔术带固定监护仪导线不仅整洁美观，更减少了由于患者压迫导线而引起的不适，降低了由于导线散落地面而造成牵扯或被脚踩的几率。同时，极大的方便了护士操作。结论：魔术带牢固且拆卸方便。此方法简单易行且节省开支，值得临床推广。

A new method of application storage monitor wires magic belt
【Abstract】Objective To explore new method with the magic with a fixed monitor wires, and the wires fixed to monitor the efficiency of medical staff and patients of the rescue effect of. Methods Magic with fixed bedside ECG leads, so the monitor three conductors classified storage. Results The Magic lead with fixed monitor not only clean and beautiful, but also reduced the lead due to patient discomfort caused by oppression, reducing the chance of scattered ground wires caused due involve or foot in. At the same time, greatly facilitates the nurse operation. After repeated use magic with light and sturdy and easy to disassemble, clean and disinfect the magic belt to be removed: the conclusion. When not using the monitor, all of the wires can be set into a coil, with the magic on the monitor with fixed handle, put the hood back. This method is simple and cost-saving, worthy of promotion.

监护仪是临床中常用的急救仪器之一，对监护仪管理的好坏直接影响着医护人员的工作效率及对患者的抢救效果。由于监护仪导线多、长、易打折，导致导线容易损坏，并且不美观；安置监护仪时常因三种导线混合捆绑，相互缠绕，因而操作不便，耗费时间。2014年5月至今，我科采用魔术带对监护仪导线进行分类、分段收纳，取得了较好的效果。现介绍如下。
1.方法
将监护仪各导线理顺，取一根魔术带固定在一根导线距连接监护仪端约10cm处，然后把此导线绕成圈状，当绕到约1米时将魔术从圈中穿过，再把剩余的导线继续绕成圈，最后将魔术带从圆圈穿过，反扣使这根导线分成两个单独的固定圈。同此方法再用两根魔术带收纳其余两根导线，使监护仪的三根导线分类收纳。
2.结果
用魔术带固定监护仪导线后的床单位整洁美观，减少了由于患者压迫导线而引起的不适，避免了因导线折叠弯曲而引起的断裂，降低了由于导线散落地面而造成牵扯或被脚踩的几率。同时，极大的方便了护士操作。
3.讨论
用魔术带固定监护仪导线，取材方便，将魔术带取下清洁消毒后可重复使用，节省开支；各导线无混绕、无打折，减少了导线的磨损；三根导线分类清楚，操作简便，大大提高了安置心电监护仪的效率；各导线分两段固定，安置时只需打开外圈魔术带，也可根据实际情况对内圈导线进行收放，使床单位及监护仪美观整洁。此方法简单易行且节省开支，值得临床推广。
