摘要：目的：探讨中药溃疡散在复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法：将中药溃疡散涂敷患处，每3小时一次，连用3d。方法：随机选取2016年5月至2017年5月在我院治疗复发性口腔溃疡的60例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和 观察组，对照组患者以康复新液进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上同时予 以中药溃疡散进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的总有效 率显高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义，观察组患者的复发率显著低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义。结论：中药溃疡散治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果 显著，复发率低，值得推广应用。

The application and treatment of Chinese medicine ulcer in recurrent oral ulcer.
Abstract：objective：to explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ulcer in recurrent oral ulcer. Methods：to apply the traditional Chinese medicine ulcer powder to the affected area every 3 hours. Methods：randomly selected from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital treatment of 60 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients as the research object，which were randomly divided into control group and observation group，control group patients to recover the new liquid treatment，on the basis of the observation group of patients in the control group to the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）ulcer powder at the same time，compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results：the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：the clinical effect of Chinese medicine ulcer powder on recurrent oral ulcer is significant，and the recurrence rate is low. Of recurrent oral ulcer，motherland medicine says "recurrent aphthous，foreign language translation for recurrent fee he ulcer，is a kind of long-term break out repeatedly，cause one of pain in patients with difficult diseases，pathogenesis is still not entirely clear，treatment，more complex. Oral ulcer is a common clinical disease in the tongue，mucosa，buccal and other parts. In recent years，60 cases of oral ulcer have been treated with traditional Chinese medicine ulcer，and the curative effect is better.

复发性口腔溃疡，祖国医学称之谓复发性口疮，是一种长期反复发作，致患者痛苦的疑难病症之一，发病机理至今尚不完全清楚，治疗方法多，用药复杂。口腔溃疡为临床常见病、多发病于舌、黏膜、颊等部位。近年来采用中药溃疡散外治口腔溃疡60例，朱砂清心安神解毒，青黛凉血，青果利咽，川军、穿心莲、儿茶、冰片，其味苦性寒，苦能泻火燥湿，寒能清热；甘草调和诸药，上药合用共奏清热解毒、凉血清热、祛腐生肌之功效。此方具有疗效显著、无毒副作用、简便易行的特点，便于临床推广使用，疗效较好，收到满意疗效。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
统计本组共60例，男23例，女37例；年龄最大72岁，最小3岁，平均36岁，病程在6a以上6例，2a～3a26例，一个月以上者28例，首发者21人，复发者39人，均经西药治疗，疗效不佳，而用本方。以口腔黏膜（腭、舌、龈、颊及口底黏膜）出现点片状、单个或多个溃疡面，具有凹、黄、红、痛等症状为诊断标准。
1.2方法
煅石膏收敛生肌，乳香、没药化癖消肿、止痛收敛，儿茶收敛止痛，五倍子杀虫止痒、收敛，黄柏清 热泻火解毒，黄芩清热燥湿、泻火解毒，生地、清热凉血，养阴生津，细辛温通经络，麻醉止痛，冰片（单包乳钵单研 粉末）清热解毒，止痒止痛，以上药物等量焙干，共研粉末。将药粉盛在带有细嘴的塑料小瓶内，也可用纸卷做成喷器，对准溃疡面轻轻喷敷即可。每3小时 1次，一 般3 d可治愈或明显好转。个别有发热的患者可配合口服甲硝唑片和维B2片，或肌注抗生素等，效果更佳。
1.3疗效标准
痊愈：局部疼痛及溃疡面消失，随访半年无复发，显效：局部疼痛减轻，溃疡面缩小，无效：治疗前后无明显变化。
2结果
本组60例病例中，痊愈52例，显效8例，治愈率为86. 67%，总有效率为100%。疗程最长7 d，最短1d，平均3d～4d。
3讨论
RAU是目前世界上，中西医都在研究、探讨其发病机理和寻找根治方法的科研项目。又是常见病、多发病。中药溃疡散治疗RAU用药方便，效果好，痛苦少，见效快，止痛效果显著，并能尽快地使创面愈合或明显缩小，3 d左右即可治愈或好转，没有无效病例。经济实惠，也是众多患者所欢迎的原因。中医讲究内外合治，大多数患者对中药煎熬感觉很烦，效果又慢，小小口腔溃疡也不在意，临时用药治好也就不复诊了。如能配合中医中药内治，注意临床疗效观察，将会取得更满意的预防和治疗效果。
