摘要：目的探讨护理干预联合氟泡沫对儿童龋病的预防作用。方法选择2017年6月至2018年12月在我院住院的200名儿童作为观察组。选择同期住院的200例患者作为对照组。对两组儿童进行常规干预。同时观察组应用氟泡沫，比较两组龋齿发生率。结果观察组龋病发生率为9.00%（18/200），对照组为52.50%（105/200），P<；0.05，94.00%（188/200），对照组为70.00%（140/200），P<；0.05，有统计学意义。结论临床护理干预配合氟泡沫可有效降低儿童龋病的发生率。同时，能提高临床满意度，值得推广。
Abstract：Objective to explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention combined with fluorine foam on dental caries in children. Methods 200 children in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group in this study. The other 200 cases in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Two groups of children were routinely intervened. Meanwhile, the observation group was applied with fluorine foam to compare the incidence of dental caries in two groups. Results the incidence of caries was 9.00% (18 / 200) in the observation group, 52.50% (105 / 200) in the control group, P & lt; 0.05, 94.00% (188 / 200) in the observation group, 70.00% (140 / 200) in the control group, P & lt; 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion clinical nursing intervention combined with fluorine foam can effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in children. At the same time, it can improve clinical satisfaction and is worthy of promotion.
