摘要：目的分析综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者依从性的影响。方法将2017年10月至2018年9月收治的120例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组。将接受常规护理干预的患者分为对照组（n=60）和综合护理干预的患者分为观察组（n=60），调查两组患者对本病的认识和治疗态度。结果干预45天后，观察组Morisky量表评分为（1.22±1.28），低于对照组（2.98±1.63），itaq评分为（12.95±5.48），高于对照组（8.16±3.58）。差异有统计学意义（t=8.9998，5.6683，P<；0.05）。结论综合护理干预能提高患者服药依从性和疾病认知水平，具有一定的推广价值。
Abstract：Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of schizophrenics. Methods 120 schizophrenics admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients who received routine nursing intervention were classified into the control group (n = 60) and the patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention into the observation group (n = 60) The understanding of the disease and the attitude to treatment of the two groups were investigated. Results after 45 days of intervention, the score of Morisky scale in the observation group was (1.22 ± 1.28), lower than that in the control group (2.98 ± 1.63), and the score of itaq was (12.95 ± 5.48), higher than that in the control group (8.16 ± 3.58). The difference was statistically significant (t = 8.999 8, 5.668 3, P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of taking medicine and the cognition of disease, and it can be popularized.
