摘要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的延伸护理对儿童原发性关节炎（JIA）的治疗效果。方法自2016年6月至2017年12月，按住院人数的单倍和双倍分为干预组（单倍）和对照组（双倍）。每组有50个父母。对照组接受常规护理。观察组接受以大家庭为中心的护理服务。比较两组MORISKY服药依从性问卷（MMAS－8）和父母焦虑自评量表（SAS）的改善情况，评价父母关怀满意度量表（MPOC-20）。结果干预组mmas-8评分高于对照组，干预组父母SAS评分低于对照组，干预组父母MPOC-20评分高于对照组（P<；0.05）。结论对贾患儿进行以家庭为中心的扩大护理，服药依从性高，家长认可护理模式，能有效缓解家长的焦虑情绪。
Abstract：Objective to explore the effect of family centered extended nursing service on children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Methods from June 2016 to December 2017, 100 children with Jia who were admitted to our hospital were divided into intervention group (single number) and control group (double number) according to the single and double number of inpatient number. Each group had 50 parents. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received extended family centered nursing service. The improvement of Morisky medication compliance questionnaire (mmas-8) and parents' anxiety self rating scale (SAS) were compared between the two groups , evaluation of parent care satisfaction process measurement table (MPOC-20). Results the mmas-8 score of intervention group was higher than that of control group, the SAS score of parents in intervention group was lower than that of control group, and the MPOC-20 scores of parents in intervention group were higher than that of control group (P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion the extended family centered nursing for children with Jia has a high compliance of taking medicine, and the parents approve the nursing mode, which can effectively relieve the anxiety of parents.
