摘要：近年来，我国民航业取得了飞速的发展，民航建设工程项目不断增加，在民航机场建设工程中涉及的专业和内容较多，因此需要加强对施工质量进行控制，确保民航机场建设工程整体质量能够得到有效保障。本文探析了民航机场工程施工质量管理的现状并提出管理措施，以供参考。

Discussion on Engineering Quality Management Measures in the Construction Of Civil Aviation Airport

Abstract：In recent years，the civil aviation industry in China has made rapid development，civil aviation construction projects continue to increase，in the construction project of civil aviation airport，it involves a lot of professional and content，therefore，it's necessary for us to strengthen the control of construction quality，to ensure the overall quality of civil aviation airport construction project that can be effectively guaranteed. In this paper，it probes into the current situation of quality management in civil aviation airport engineering and puts forward management measures for reference.

1Current situation of engineering quality management in civil aviation airport construction
With the airport design standards and engineering quality requirements are becoming higher and higher，China has a set of strict quality management and control measures for construction and construction in various industries. According to the regulations，the quality inspection department has been set up，forming the basic quality management and control system. Many airport construction projects are difficult to construct，with short construction period and the heavy construction task. However，the management mode of airport engineering construction surveying and mapping in China is not advanced enough，and this management mode will bring a lot of unstable factors to the construction，as a result，it is necessary to continuously sum up the experience and lessons in the construction and management of airport engineering.
2Quality control measures in the construction project of civil aviation airport
2.1 Deepening the preliminary work of the engineering
The preliminary work of the civil aviation airport construction project involves a number of links，such as site selection，project proposal，feasibility study，preliminary design，construction drawing design and so on，all of which are closely related to the quality of the project. In the stage of site selection，the feasibility of the design scheme is deeply demonstrated in the stage of planning and design，and the new process and new technology to be used are demonstrated in detail，thus laying a solid foundation for the construction of a high-quality airport project.
2.2 To improve the internal quality management system
First of all，in the construction of civil aviation airports，we should set up corresponding rules and regulations for quality management，achieve the implementation of the responsibilities and obligations of various departments through the rules and regulations，and further enhance the cooperation between various departments and personnel，and provide preconditions for quality management；in addition，based on the implementation of a system of consistent authority and responsibility，strengthening the system of accountability，strengthening the internal control of quality management，providing system guarantee for the quality management of the construction of civil aviation airport.
2.3 Establishment of institutionalized assessment standards and degree of construction
On the one hand，it is necessary to establish the corresponding assessment standard for the establishment of airport according to the development condition of the local city and the flow of people in the civil aviation construction. It is also necessary to formulate corresponding quality standards for the construction of airports，and to formulate quality standards for construction units in civil aviation construction，and to provide favorable conditions for airport's quality management by formulating clear construction methods and construction processes.
2.4 Rational optimization of construction organization design and construction procedure
Because the construction of civil aviation airport construction project is difficult and complicated，the construction methods，standards and techniques of each construction unit are different. The owner of the airport engineering should take "optimizing the construction organization design and standardizing the construction procedure" as the basic principle of quality control to promote the refinement，standardization of the engineering quality，optimizing and standardizing the construction organization design and construction procedure of each construction unit in order to ensure the consistency of the whole airport project quality
2.5 To strictly control the quality of engineering materials and equipment
The project owner shall make clear the procedures and rules for the supervision and inspection of the engineering materials and equipment used by the construction unit，and adopt the ways of combination of self-inspection by the construction unit and random inspection by the owner to ensure the quality and specifications of the materials and equipment，parameters，etc to meet the standard of engineering construction. The construction unit should arrange the material entry time scientifically and reasonably in line with the progress of the project. After entering the site，the materials and equipment should be stored scientifically to avoid reducing the service life of the material.
Conclusion
To sum up，engineering quality management in the construction of civil aviation airport is a systematic project which involves various aspects of design，construction，supervision and construction units，etc，and requires active cooperation from various departments in the construction of civil aviation airport to jointly improve the technical level of civil aviation airport construction，so that the development of China's civil aviation economy can be also improved.
