摘要：目的检测正常人和病毒感染者血清中新喋呤的浓度，探讨新喋呤在无偿献血者筛查中的意义。方法从无偿献血者血清病毒标志物（HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV和梅毒抗体）中随机抽取50份ELISA法检测正常、单阳性和双阳性的血清样品，检测新喋呤的浓度。用不同试剂盒检测HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV和梅毒抗体。单阳性反应样品为单阳性，双阳性反应样品同时为双阳性。所有阴性反应样品均正常。用ELISA法测定新喋呤的浓度，并进行转化。结果单、双阳组新喋呤浓度均显著高于正常组（P<；0.01）。结论不同病毒感染标本血清中新喋呤浓度明显升高。用于无偿献血者的筛查是可行的。
Abstract：Objective to detect the concentration of neopterin in serum of normal and virus infected samples and to explore the significance of neopterin in the screening of unpaid blood donors. Methods 50 serum samples with normal, single positive and double positive by ELISA were randomly selected from blood virus markers (HBsAg, anti HCV, anti HIV and syphilis antibodies) of unpaid blood donors, and the concentration of neopterin was detected. HBsAg, anti HCV, anti HIV and syphilis antibodies were detected with different kits. Single positive reaction samples were single positive, while double positive reaction samples were double positive at the same time. All negative reaction samples were normal. The concentration of neopterin was measured by ELISA and converted. Results the concentrations of neopterin in the single and double Yang groups were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P & lt; 0.01). Conclusion the concentration of neopterin in serum is significantly increased in different viral infection samples. It is feasible to be used in the screening of unpaid blood donors.
