摘要:双套管连接器是城市轨道交通柔性接触网支撑与悬挂装置中的重要连接部件,一旦发生故障,将可能导致柔性接触网支撑与悬挂装置的承力能力严重下降,给柔性接触网系统的稳定性带来极大伤害并危害列车的正常运行。本文针对双套管连接器出现的裂纹与松脱问题,提出了基于图像处理的柔性接触网双套管连接器故障检测方法。在双套管连接器定位阶段,采用基于DPM(多尺度可变形部件模型)算法实现双套管连接器的定位。在双套管连接器的故障检测阶段,采用基于曲率检测的方法,首先通过Hough直线变换去除图像中的腕臂,提取螺母部分,之后通过图像二值化、Canny算子提取边缘实现对图像的处理,最后利用裂痕曲率变化较大这一特点进行曲率检测从而判断是否存在故障。实验表明,该方法能够较准确地实现双套管连接器不良状态的检测。

Absract:The double sleeve connector is an important connecting component in the support and suspension device of urban rail transit flexible catenary , In the event of a failure, the bearing capacity of the flexible catenary and suspension will be seriously reduced, It causes great harm to the stability of the flexible catenary system and harms the normal operation of the train. Aiming at the problem of crack and looseness of double sleeve connector, this paper presents a fault detection method based on image processing for double sleeve connector of flexible catenary.In positioning stage of double sleeve connector,we introduce a way which based on DPM(Deformable Part Model) algorithm to realize the position of double sleeve connector.In fault detection stage of double sleeve connector,we introduce a way which based on curvature measurement,first remove the cantilever from the image by Hough linear transform to extract nut section,and then process picture by binary images and Canny operator,finally,we determi ne whether there is a fault by a characteristic that curvature variation the crack is larger. The experiment shows that this method can detect the bad condition of the double sleeve connector more accurately.
