摘要:随着移动互联技术的快速发展,电力缴费渠道不断拓展,电子化缴费率不断提升,电子化缴费在整个电费回收工作中占有极其重要的地位,但是在运行管理上缺乏有效的监督防范手段,导致缴费渠道存在一定风险。本文基于分布式架构采集电力缴费渠道的海量数据,通过数据挖掘技术设计了电力缴费渠道风险分析管控系统。本文设计了系统的功能架构和物理架构,并给出了系统的业务流程。 系统通过对交易风险事件的智能分析, 指导用电检查人员进行针对性排查,有效降低电费资金风险,增强公司电费风险防控能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, power electronic payment channels continue to expand, the contribution rate rising, electronic payment plays an important role in the whole tariff recovery work, but the lack of effective supervision and preventive measures in the operation and management, cause there is a certain risk of payment channels. Based on the distributed architecture, this paper collects the massive data of the power contribution channel, and designs the management and control system of the risk analysis of the power payment channel through the data mining technology. In this paper, the functional architecture and physical architecture of the system are designed, and the business process of the system is given. Through the intelligent analysis of transaction risk events, the system guides the electricity inspectors to conduct targeted investigation, effectively reduce the risk of electricity charges and enhance the company's risk prevention and control capabilities.
