摘要:电力建设项目中配电系统建筑结构墙体,如建筑物外墙、变压器防火隔离墙等要求具有防爆、抗震、保温等功能,为满足墙体结构的功能要求,多数墙体采用传统钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,施工工序相对复杂,且经济成本较高。美标ASTM C90-11:CMU配筋空心灌注墙体,采用承重型混凝土空心砖砌筑、配筋芯柱灌浆,满足了砌体的抗震性能。它既保留了传统材料粘土砖取材广泛、施工方便、造价低廉的特点,又具有钢筋混凝土强度高、延性好的特点,是融砌体和混凝土性能为一体的新型墙体。
中国电建集团核电工程公司在工程实践的基础上,通过分析CMU砌体分皮排版工序、砌体垂直度、砌筑砂浆和芯柱灌注的强度、墙体保温系统安装等要求,对施工过程进行总结形成了本工艺,并成功应用于公司承建的沙特吉赞燃机发电项目的380kV配电室、230kV配电室、PIB控制室等22间大型配电结构,同时也应用在沙特沙巴哈燃机工程建设项目的6间大型配电结构。

Abstract:The wall system has several of functions in the power plant project.For example,the external wall of buildings and the transformer fire wall,both of them could satisfy the requirements of blast-proofing,seismic resistance and thermal insulation.Traditional approach is to apply reinforced concrete for the shear wall to achieve these critical requirements;however it usually needs complex process and high finical cost for the construction team.
According to American standard ASTM C90-11Concrete Masonry Unit(CMU),with heavy-loading bear concrete hollow bricks and reinforced grouting inside the hollow,CMU wall meet the seismic performance easily.The CMU material not only retains the features of traditional bricks,such as wildly drawn,easy to be appliedand low cost,but also keeps the high strength of concrete and good ductility performance. PowerChina Nuclear Engineering Construction Company produced this method statement based on the engineering practice.By analysing the CMU laying procedure,vertical level and screed grouting strength and the wall thermal installation system requirements,Company successfully applied this CMU construction methodology in substations of Saudi Aramco JIGCC-Package No.4 Combustion Gas Turbine Power Plant Project,such as 380kV GIS substation,PIB control room,132kV GIS substation.It is also widely adopted in Saudi Aramco Sabah Project.
1应用范围
本工艺适用电力建设涵盖的配电体系建筑结构保温墙体施工,可以广泛利用于具有防爆、抗震、保温等功能要求的墙体结构,亦可用于装配式建筑隔墙施工。
2工艺原理
本施工工艺首先通过在拟砌筑墙体结构部位预留间距600mm的直径12mm竖向插筋,竖向插筋在砌筑过程中采用搭接方式至砌体顶部。如图2-1
因在沙特地区并无加气砌块材料,以及加气砌块无法达到防爆要求,经济效益对比考虑混凝土剪力墙与CMU砌块之间的对比。
节约成本总计:混凝土剪力墙费用2238802元-CMU配筋空心灌注墙1424910元=节省813892元
结论:CMU配筋空心灌注墙体利用承重混凝土砌块特性,通过砌筑墙体过程中设置竖向钢筋、横向成品钢筋加强网片和砌体与框架间焊接钢性夹板,达到了墙体强度达到抗震、防爆要求,增加了墙体稳定性;在空心灌浆芯柱取代了构造柱设计,降低了成本。此技术符合国家发展高强轻质砌体材料,加强配筋砌体的发展方向。适用于电力建设的各类建(构)筑物墙体施工。
