中俄合作浓墨重彩的一笔
——写在中俄建交70 周年之际

2019年,中俄建交70 周年。
参照国家标准方法GB/T 5121.28—2010[14]中的ICP-MS以及实验方法分别对纯铜实际样品中的杂质元素进行定量分析,所得测定平均值见表5。对两种方法进行平均值一致性检验,以考察两种方法所得结果是否一致,结果如表6所示。由表6可见,对于Fe、Zn、Sn、Bi这4个元素,t
70年的风雨历程,从建立“面向21 世纪的中俄战略协作伙伴关系”到“平等信任、相互支持、共同繁荣、世代友好的中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系”,再到“中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系新阶段”,两国关系始终保持高水平运行,并不断迈上新台阶。
这样的高水平运转离不开两国在政治、经贸、文化等多方面的往来交流。2018年,中国已成为俄远东地区第一大外资来源国,中国在俄远东地区落实项目达28 个,投资总额约40 亿美元。中俄双边贸易额达到创纪录的1070.6 亿美元,增幅27.1%。
交通是一个国家发展的先机。2014年10月,李克强总理和梅德韦杰夫总理共同主持中俄总理第十九次定期会晤,双方商定,推进构建北京至莫斯科的欧亚高速运输走廊,优先实施莫斯科至喀山高铁(莫喀高铁)项目。从2014年至2019年,5年时间,这条全长约770 公里,设计最高时速达400km 的莫喀高铁已从会议商讨变为了一张张实实在在的设计蓝图。
(三)缺乏责任感。做作业没有明确的意识,不能正确的解读文本材料。对作业练习等应付了事。不重视考试,缺乏竞争意识。抱着我反正不会做,可有可无的态度参加考试,考后更不注意总结反思。久而久之,造成误差积累,使学习更加困难,丧失学习信心。
作为莫喀高铁总设计方的中国中铁二院更是为这条高铁的设计秣马厉兵、殚精竭虑、精益求精。在这条艰辛的路上,倾注了众多工程师们的青春与梦想,只为让中国技术造福世界,为中俄交通建设画下浓墨重彩的一笔。

The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of China-Russia diplomatic relations.
Amid the ups and downs over the 70 years,we have witnessed the establishment of “partnership of strategic coordination oriented towards the 21st century”,to “comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination based on equality,trust,mutual support,common prosperity,and long-lasting friendship”,and then “a new stage of comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination”. All these show that our relations have grown at a high level and kept scaling new heights.
Such high level relations are underpinned by our friendly exchanges in politics,trade and business,culture,and other fields. In 2018,China became the largest source of foreign investment for Russia in the Far East,where China implemented 28 projects with a total investment of USD 4 billion. The two countries registered a record two-way trade volume of USD 107.06 billion,up 27.1%.
Transportation is the precondition for nation development. In October 2014,Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev copresided over the 19th China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting. They decided to push for the construction of "Russia (Moscow)-China (Beijing)" Eurasian high-speed transport corridor,with priority being given to Moscow-Kazan High-speed Railway project. Over the five years from 2014 to 2019,the Moscow-Kazan High-speed Railway,with a total trackage of 770 km and a maximum design speed of 400 km/h,has materialized as a design plan after rounds of meetings and discussion.
China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (CREEC),the chief designer of the project,has made elaborate preparations and strenuous efforts for a perfect design. Numerous engineers have dedicated their youth and dream to the challenging project,seeking to benefit the whole world with Chinese technologies and write a grand chapter for China-Russia transportation construction.
