摘要：目的：探讨乳腺超声联合钼靶摄影在乳腺癌早期筛查中的作用。方法：选择2016年1月至2017年6月的7500名乳腺癌体检者作为乳腺超声检查对照组，选择2017年7月至2018年12月的7500名乳腺癌体检者作为乳腺癌超声检查结合乳腺钼靶检查的实验组，并对结果进行分析两组比较。结果：在诊断结果比较中，对照组一级至二级2280例，占30.4%；实验组一级至二级3945例，占52.6%；诊断结果在三级以上者，应配合乳房X光靶。与诊断概率相比，实验组的诊断概率更高（P<；0.05）。与肿瘤直径小于等于1.5cm的患者相比，实验组的诊断概率更高（P<；0.05）。结论：在早期乳腺癌的筛查过程中，乳腺超声联合钼靶摄影具有较好的效果和较高的诊断率。
Abstract：Objective: To study the effect of breast ultrasound combined with mammography in early breast cancer screening. Methods: 7500 breast cancer examinees from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the control group for breast ultrasound examination; 7500 breast cancer examinees from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the experimental group for breast cancer ultrasound examination combined with breast molybdenum target examination, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results: in the comparison of the diagnosis results, 2280 cases in the first to second level of the control group, accounting for 30.4%; 3945 cases in the first to second level of the experimental group, accounting for 52.6%; for patients with the diagnosis results above the third level, the diagnosis should be carried out in cooperation with the mammography target. Compared with the diagnosis probability, the diagnosis probability of the experimental group was higher (P & lt; 0.05). Compared with the diagnosis probability of the patients whose tumor diameter was 1.5cm or less, the probability of the experimental group was higher (P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of screening early breast cancer, breast ultrasound combined with mammography has a better effect and a higher probability of diagnosis.
