丹麦王国驻重庆总领事乐慕胜离任话别：希冀重庆与丹麦的合作往来达到新高度

“回顾我在重庆任期的两年多时间里，丹麦王国驻重庆总领事馆在诸多方面成就颇丰。明年是中丹外交关系建立70周年，相信中丹关系必将得到进一步巩固，丹麦与重庆的合作往来也必将达到新的高度。”6月5日，即将离任的丹麦王国驻重庆总领事乐慕胜在“丹麦宪法日170周年纪念暨新旧总领事欢迎欢送会”现场接受本刊记者采访时如是说。回顾初次来渝，任期内取得的成就……乐慕胜感慨万千，并表达了希冀重庆与丹麦未来合作再上新高度。
回顾：首次来渝初体验
“2017年是中丹旅游年，也是重庆直辖20周年。那一年，我第一次来到重庆。”乐慕胜回忆说，他于2017年5月底到任重庆，成为丹麦王国驻重庆总领事馆第四任总领事。“重庆是一个充满活力的城市，重庆人民友好热情，能在重庆工作和生活，我和家人都觉得十分幸运。”
正式上任后的第一项任务是陪同丹麦首相拉斯穆森及其代表团出访成都，乐慕胜记忆犹新。他说，那是拉斯穆森首相对中国西部进行的首次正式国事访问，“大熊猫项目”是访问的主要目的之一。
首先要允许内部控制人员对医院各经济业务环节进行调查了解，同时核实过后由其相关负责人进行尽快的问责，确保能够快速的找到问题所在并且解决问题；其次就是提升内部控制部门的权威性，要让医院了解到内部控制部门的重要性。
“今年4月，通过中国政府与丹麦驻华大使馆、丹麦王国驻重庆总领事馆多年来的共同努力，成功将中国的两只大熊猫‘毛二’和‘星二’送达了哥本哈根。”乐慕胜说，这对所有丹麦人来说无疑是个大日子，全国上下都为之欢呼鼓掌。丹麦女王玛格丽特二世、王储妃玛丽以及她的子女文森特王子和约瑟芬公主出席了哥本哈根动物园熊猫馆开馆仪式，欢迎象征中丹两国友谊常青的“使者”到来。

“2017 serves as the year of China-Denmark tourism and the 20th anniversary of municipality city of Chongqing. In that year, I came to Chongqing for the first time.” Rasmussen recalled that he arrived in Chongqing at the end of May 2017 and became the fourth Consul General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Chongqing. “Chongqing is a vibrant city. The people here are friendly and welcoming. My family and I feel very lucky to work and live in Chongqing.”
Review: First Experience in Chongqing
“Looking back on my two-year tenure in Chongqing, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Chongqing has made great achievements in many aspects. Next year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-Danish diplomatic relations. We believe that Sino-Danish relations will be further consolidated and Danish cooperation with Chongqing will reach a new height.” This is the remark from Mr. Rasmussen, the outgoing Consul General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Chongqing, who was interviewed by our reporter at the 170th Anniversary of the Danish Constitution Day and the Welcoming & Farewell Party of the New and Old Consuls on June 5th. Reviewing the achievements of his first visit to Chongqing during the term of office, Rasmussen was filled with emotion and expressed his hope that Chongqing and Denmark could cooperate to a new height in the future.
谈及任期内开展的工作，乐慕胜说“成就颇丰！”
“In April this year, two giant pandas, Mao Er and Xing Er, were successfully delivered to Copenhagen through the joint efforts of the Chinese government, the Danish Embassy in China and the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Chongqing for many years.” Rasmussen said that this was undoubtedly a big day for all Danes, and the whole country applauded for it. Queen Margaret II of Denmark, Princess Mary of Denmark and her children Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine attended the opening ceremony of the Panda Pavilion of the Copenhagen Zoo in person to welcome the arrival of two “ambassadors” symbolizing the evergreen friendship between China and Denmark.
[20]Indeed,in herculean preparation and glitzy execution,the summit was reminiscent of the Games six years ago,with schools,offices and factories closed to combat the smog,and a similarly spectacular fireworks display over Beijing’s Olympic Park.
The first task after taking office is to accompany Danish Prime Minister Rasmussen and the delegation to Chengdu. Rasmussen still has a vivid memory about this. He said that it was Rasmussen's first official state visit to Western China, and the Giant Panda Project was one of the main purposes of the visit.
“2018年是中丹全面战略伙伴关系建立10周年。丹麦驻华大使馆及丹麦驻中国各总领事馆深化和拓展了双方在农业、医疗、能源、水和环境、文化、教育等领域的合作。”据乐慕胜介绍，丹麦王国驻重庆总领事馆在云、贵、川、渝4个领区举办了丹麦时装秀、安徒生童话故事系列比赛等众多文化交流活动。此外，基于中国在基础设施建设的大量资金投入，总领事馆还发起并展开了许多基础设施建设项目，涉及机场、轨道交通建设等领域。乐慕胜和他的团队成员带领丹麦专家和企业代表团实地走访考察了中国半数以上的一、二线城市的机场和地铁集团，致力于为中方合作伙伴引进丹麦的先进技术和解决方案，通过知识信息的不断共享，使双方获益。

总结：任期内成就颇丰
团粉和唯粉之间的冲突关系由于涉及的面向广泛，彼此之间诉求完全相对，可以说是冲突关系中非常激烈的一组。TF boys三人各自的唯粉，希望组合解散、三人单飞，主要的原因也是粉丝不能接受偶像被其他二人的粉丝谩骂，被公司压榨，而对于团粉来说，组合解散是他们最不想看到的事情。因此，三家唯粉在彼此紧张的对抗过程中，还表现出与团粉的冲突关系。集体行为让粉丝在很大程度上忽视了对群体成员异质化的意识，转而淡化了个人的个性，而粉丝个体个性化的缺失也让粉丝行为更多地向从众化和同质化方向发展。
结合教育部门出台的《关于普通高中学业水平考试的实施意见》内容要求，高中学业水平考试不仅要具备达标验收功能，同样要兼具人才选拔功能，最主要的原因就是很多学科学业水平考试的成绩无法通过等级形式纳入到高考的总分数当中。由此可见，高中学业水平考试等级设定十分关键，值得展开深入研究。
“明年将迎来中丹外交关系建立70周年，希望重庆各界给予新任总领事晏森(Lars Eskild Jensen)大力支持，推动重庆与丹麦的合作往来达到新高度！”乐慕胜表示，即使离开重庆，也会密切关注重庆发展，他对重庆的未来发展充满信心。、
Summary: Impresive Achievements Made during the Term of Office
Speaking of the work during his term of office, Rasmussen commented as “Great achievements!”
“2018 marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of China-Denmark Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The Danish Embassy in China and the Danish Consulates-General in China have deepened and expanded their cooperation in such fields as agriculture, health care, energy, water and environment, culture and education.” According to Rasmussen, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Denmark in Chongqing held many cultural exchange activities such as Danish Fashion Shows and Andersen Fairy Tales Series Competitions in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing. In addition, based on China's large investment in infrastructure construction, the Consulate General has initiated and launched a number of infrastructure projects involving airport and rail transit construction and other fields. Rasmussen and his team members led the Danish experts and enterprise delegations to visit airports and Metro groups in more than half of the first and second tier cities in China. They were committed to introducing Danish advanced technology and solutions to Chinese partners, and to benefit both sides through continuous sharing of knowledge and information.
“Next year will mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Denmark. We hope that all circles in Chongqing will give strong support to Lars Eskild Jensen, the new Consul-General, and promote cooperation between Chongqing and Denmark to a new height!” Rasmussen said that even if he left Chongqing, he would pay close attention to its development, and he was confident about its future.
