摘要：目的探讨预见性护理对碘造影剂不良反应的预防作用。方法将2018年1-12月在我院行CT增强扫描的102例患者随机分为对照组和研究组，各51例。两组均采用碘造影剂增强CT扫描，对照组采取常规护理措施，研究组在此基础上采用预见性护理措施。观察比较两组患者对碘造影剂不良反应的发生情况及对本护理服务的满意度。结果研究组不良反应发生率为0.00%，低于对照组（11.76%）（x2=4.427，P<；0.05）。研究组护理满意度比对照组（88.24%）高100.00%。差异有统计学意义（x2=4.427，P<；0.05）。结论预见性护理能有效降低CT增强患者碘造影剂不良反应的发生率，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract：Objective to explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing on the adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent. Methods 102 patients who received enhanced CT scan in the hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 51 cases each. Both groups used iodine contrast agent for enhanced CT scanning, the control group took routine nursing measures, and the study group applied predictive nursing measures on this basis. To observe and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with this nursing service. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 0.00%, lower than that in the control group (11.76%) (χ ~ 2 = 4.427, P & lt; 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group (88.24%). The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 4.427, P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent in patients with enhanced CT scan, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
