摘要：通过对当前民办高校二级学院开展的教学管理活动的调查和了解，发现民办高校二级学院开展的教学管理活动存在许多缺陷和不足，需要运用精细化的管理方法，更好地完成教学管理任务。在此基础上，本文对民办高校中学教学管理的基本情况和精细化教学管理的有效工作方法进行了详细的研究，以期为更多的民办高校更好地开展精细化教学管理提供经验指导。
Abstract：After investigating and understanding the current teaching management activities carried out by the secondary departments of private colleges and universities, we find that there are many defects and deficiencies, and we need to use the refined management method to better complete the teaching management tasks. Based on this, this paper makes a detailed study on the basic situation of secondary teaching management and effective working methods of fine teaching management in private colleges and universities, in order to provide experience guidance for more private colleges and universities to better carry out fine teaching management.
