美国加利福尼亚州政要代表团访渝 加强互学互鉴 推动交流合作

重庆市文化旅游推介会在市外事大楼举行。
8月1日至3日，美国加利福尼亚州政要代表团一行17人来渝访问。代表团成员包括美国联邦众议员马克·高野，美国美华友好协会会长冯振发及多位美国加州众议员和来自美国圣莫妮卡、拉古纳尼格尔、埃尔塞贡多、伍德兰市等城市的市长以及企业家。
8月2日，市委副书记、市长唐良智会见了美国加利福尼亚州政要代表团。双方就加强重庆与美国特别是加州在经贸、教育、文化、旅游等各领域合作，深化地方间交流合作和人员往来等交换了意见。市领导杜黎明、潘毅琴参加会见。
数据分析采用SPSS19.0进行，计量资料以均数±标准差表示，计量资料组间比较采用t检验，而计数资料组间比较采用χ2检验，检验标准为α=0.05。
同日，由市政府外办联合市文化和旅游委主办的重庆市文化旅游推介会在市外事大楼举行，推介会由市政府外办副巡视员、市对外友协副会长王广成主持。美国加利福尼亚州政要代表团全体成员，全国对外友协领导，重庆市政府外办、重庆市文化和旅游委、大渡口区、巴南区、合川区、大足区等部门领导出席。各方就经贸、教育、文化、旅游等领域的合作与交流交换意见。

From August 1 to 3, a delegation of 17 political heavyweights from California visited Chongqing. The delegation includes U.S. congressman Mark Takano, Feng Zhenfa, President of the Sino-American Friendship Association, several California congressmen, and mayors and entrepreneurs from cities such as Santa Monica, Laguna Nigel, Gondor, Woodland, etc.
At the meeting, Chongqing Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Sino-American Friendship Association signed lmemorandum of friendship and cooperation. Leaders of Dadukou district, Banan District and Dazu District signed memorandums of friendship and cooperation with three cities in California, namely, Gondor City, Woodland City and Laguna Nigel City. The “handin-hand” cooperation means that the two sides will work together to promote the development of mutually beneficial cooperation, the establishment of an effective exchange and cooperation mechanism, and the building of a more convenient platform for financial development, introduction of key enterprises, intelligent technologies and other fields. In this way, we can reap more benefits for the people of both places, thus producing win-win results.
On the same day, Chongqing Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism was held in the Foreign Affairs Building. The conference was presided over by Wang Guangcheng, deputy inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and vice president of Chongqing Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Participants include all members of the delegation of political leaders from California, the leaders of the National Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the leaders of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism, department leaders from Dadukou District, Banan District, Hechuan District, Dazu District. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation and exchanges in economic and trade, education, culture, tourism and other fields.
On August 2, Tang liangzhi, deputy secretary and mayor of Chongqing municipality, met with the delegation. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between Chongqing and the United States, especially California, in various fields such as economy and trade, education, culture, tourism, and on deepening regional cooperation and people-topeople exchanges. Municipal leaders like Du Liming and Pan Yiqin attended the meeting.

会上，重庆市人民对外友好协会与美国美华友好协会签署友好合作关系备忘录，大渡口区、巴南区、大足区分别与加利福尼亚州埃尔塞贡多市、伍德兰市、拉古纳尼格尔市3个城市签署友好合作关系备忘录。重庆与加利福尼亚州多地的“牵手”合作，意味着两地将共同致力于支持和促进彼此互利友好合作关系的发展，推动建立有效的交流合作机制，为金融建设、重点企业引进、智能技术等领域搭建更加便捷的平台，为两地民众创造更多的福祉，实现互利共赢。
忆往日峥嵘，叹今昔巨变。史迪威将军是中美友好的使者，抗战时期中美之间的合作使得两国成为互相帮助的朋友。代表团成员表示，此次访问对进一步了解两国友谊、促进未来合作具有重要意义，希望两国的友谊之花继续绽放。

代表团一行参观走访了重庆史迪威博物馆、大足石刻。重庆史迪威博物馆建成于1991年，是二战时期同盟国中国战区统帅部参谋长官邸旧址，也是中国唯一以外国军人命名的博物馆。1942年到1944年间这里曾为史迪威将军的居所，是中美两国人民共同抗战、友好往来的象征和中国对外民间交往的重要渠道。代表团详细了解了二战时期盟军中国战区、中缅印战区、飞虎队、驼峰飞行等情况以及中美两国共同抗击法西斯的历史，并观看相关纪录片。

The delegation visited Chongqing Stilwell Museum, Dazu Stone Carvings and other historical and cultural resorts in Chongqing. The Stilwell Museum, built in 1991, is the former residence of the Chief of Staff in the China Theater of Operation. It is the only museum in China named after foreign soldiers. From 1942 to 1944, it was the residence of General Stilwell, representing the common resistance and friendly exchanges between China and the United States. The delegation had a detailed understanding of the China Theater of Operation, China-Myanmar-India War Zone, Flying Tigers, Hump Flight, and the history of Sino-US joint fight against fascism, and watched relevant documentaries.
总之，在小学语文教学过程中，教师无论使用以上那种教学方法都能激发小学生语文学习的兴趣。与此同时，教师要想提高小学语文教学有效性，还需要不断加强自身的教学理念，从而才能为我国培养出优秀的接班人。
根据第一次全国水利普查水土保持情况普查成果，京津冀土壤侵蚀面积50534km2，占土地总面积的24%。以水力侵蚀为主的面积45 573km2，主要分布在燕山山区、太行山山区；风力侵蚀的面积4 961km2，主要分布在河北省坝上高原地区，见表1。

Due to mutual cooperation during the Anti-Japanese War, China and the United States established friendly relations. Members of the delegation said that the visit is of great significance in terms of further promoting understanding of friendship between the two countries and future cooperation. They hoped that the flowers of friendship between the two countries would continue to bloom.
