摘要：目的探讨集群式护理对乳腺癌根治术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将我院2017年3月至2017年8月收治的41例乳腺癌根治术患者纳入对照组（术后常规护理），将2017年9月至2018年3月收治的39例乳腺癌根治术患者纳入观察组（术后分组护理）。比较两组干预3个月后的心理状况、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果观察组焦虑抑郁量表评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组，生活质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜lt，0.05）。结论集群式护理能改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的心理状态，减少并发症的发生，提高生活质量。
Abstract：Objective to explore the effect of cluster nursing on the psychological status and quality of life of patients undergoing radical mastectomy. Methods 41 patients with radical mastectomy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were included in the control group (receiving routine nursing after operation), and 39 patients with radical mastectomy admitted from September 2017 to March 2018 were included in the observation group (receiving cluster nursing after operation). The psychological status, complication rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared after 3 months of intervention. Results the scores of anxiety and depression scale and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the quality of life was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion cluster nursing can improve the psychological status of patients after radical mastectomy, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
