【摘要】目的：通过对中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒在临床应用中的治疗效果进行比较从而对中药免煎颗粒的优劣进行评估。方法：将我院2017年3月至2017年11月这段时间内的中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒的销售情况进行汇总，从而得到两种不同形式的药物在临床治疗中的销售概况，然后总结两种药物在治疗过程中的选择情况与治疗效果的优劣，以便于在以后的临床治疗过程中有更加明确的选择。结果：通过对我院2017年3月至2017年11月这段时间内的中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒的销售情况的整理，发现两种不同形式的药物都呈现出一种向上的销售趋势，但是中药免煎颗粒的销售情况要稍次于中药饮片。而且，在医院不同的科室销售情况有着很大的差异，中药饮片的选择多出现在医院的中医内科、针灸理疗等科室，而皮肤门诊、中医外科等科室选择中药免煎颗粒的情况更多。讨论：中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒两者在销售趋势上都是保持向上的势头，在医院中的不同科室的药物配方中有着不同的需求。而中药免煎颗粒,相较于中药饮片,特点很鲜明：简单、方便、机械化生产、很科学,但是要完全取代传统煎煮的中药还需要进行更多的研究，针对中药免煎颗粒在临床治疗中出现的不足和错误加以改进。

【Abstract】Objective Through the comparison of the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine decoction and Chinese medicine fried granules in clinical application, so as to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese herbal medicine granules. Methods The sales of Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2017 this period of time the granules to collect, resulting in sales of two kinds of drugs in clinical treatment, and then summed up the two kinds of drugs in the treatment process selection and treatment effect, to have choose more clear and better clinical treatment process for later in the treatment effect. Results The sales of Chinese herbal medicine and TCM in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2017 this period of time the granules of finishing, found two kinds of drugs are showing an upward trend in sales, but sales of traditional Chinese medicine granules to be slightly inferior to Chinese herbal medicine. Moreover, there are great differences in the Sales Department of hospital, Chinese herbal medicine selection in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and physiotherapy department, and skin clinic, TCM surgery and other departments to choose the more traditional Chinese medicine granules. Discussion Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine granules have a very wide base in the modern clinical treatment in two years in the sales trend is to maintain upward momentum, there are different requirements in different departments in the hospital drug formulations in. The traditional Chinese medicine granules, compared with Chinese herbal medicine, very distinctive features: simple and convenient, mechanized production, very scientific, but more research is needed to completely replace the traditional Chinese medicine decoction, according to traditional Chinese medicine granules appear in the clinical treatment of deficiencies and errors, the clinical therapeutic effect of drugs based, summarize and improvement.

随着社会的发展，中医治疗疾病的方法逐渐被人们重视起来，特别是针对一些需要调节和补充理疗的病症。中医在治疗的过程中，注重使用中药药材的配合作用。这种方法可能耗时长见效慢，但能够从疾病的根源上进行调节，让患者的身体充分恢复并且对疾病有良好的控制效果，达到标本兼治。近几年，为了追求中药的使用方便，将药物制成了中药饮片和中药免煎颗粒等形式，在临床上得到了广泛地应用。本文仅通过对中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒在临床应用中的治疗效果进行比较从而评估中药免煎颗粒的优劣。
1.探究资料
1.1 一般资料
此次研究的资料来源于我院的计算机管理系统，从2017年3月至2017年11月的中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒的销售情况、各科室使用情况等，使用的数据都是真实的。
1.2 研究方法
首先将我院2017年3月至2017年11月这段时间内的中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒的销售情况进行汇总，了解中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒的销售趋势，然后分别对中药饮片和中药免煎颗粒在使用过程中的优劣进行分析总结。
1.3 统计学方法
对于数据分析，所应用分析的软件是SPSS19.0。用x-±s表示计数资料，χ2检验计数资料，通过t检验对探究中的数据进行检验，我们以（P＜0.05）作为判定具有统计学意义的依据。
2.结果
根据对我院2017年3月至2017年11月中药饮片与中药免煎颗粒销售情况的观察，两种形式的药物在销售情况都是上升的趋势，但中药免煎颗粒的销售情况总体来说要次于中药饮片，具体见表1。通过观察各科室对两种形式药物的使用情况，可以看出，中医内科、针灸理疗等科室更偏向于使用中药饮片，而在皮肤门诊、中医外科等科室中药免煎颗粒会更受青睐，具体见表2。
3.讨论
中药免煎颗粒的使用，有效回避了对中药的煎煮等繁琐的过程，但是中药免煎颗粒的疗效存在不稳定性，需要进一步的改进。从科学方面来讲，中药免煎颗粒是通过现代制药技术加工而成的纯中药产品，药效显著、携带方便，倍受患者的青睐。但仍然在质量方面和监管力度方面有很大的提升空间。中药免煎颗粒在使用前，需要有专业人员进行检测，辨别一下药物真伪。目前来说中药免煎颗粒在中国仍然处在初级实验阶段,只有一些企业自制的标准,国家没有统一标准,所以经常会出现产品包装不规范,无产品说明书等现象,这会导致临床用药错误,而且即使用错也不得而知的情况。总的来说中药免煎颗粒还是有很大的应用空间，只要针对目前所存在的缺陷加以改进，会在以后的临床治疗当中获得更好的疗效。
