二、Learn the new lesson
T：Different people has different favourite festival.Today，We’ll have a new lesson.Module4，Unit1，Thanksgiving is my favourite festival.
1.First of all，let’s watch the video for the first time，please answer the following question：What festival do they talk about？T plays the video，Ss listen it carefully and answer the question：They talk about the Flag Day and Thanksgiving Day.
2.T shows the picture about Flag Day.“What festival is it？”“What date is the Flag Day every year？”
Ss：It’s the Flag Day.It’s on the 14th in June every year.
T shows the picture of the Thanksgiving Day and asks：What festival is it? What date is the Thanksgiving Day? Ss：It’s the Thanksgiving Day.It’s on the fourth Thursday in November.
3.T：All right.Now let’s listen again and answer the questions：What do they do on Flag Day/Thanksgiving Day？”T plays the vedio，Ss listen and answer the questions (T展示PPT，Ss看图回答)。
4.T：Here‘re some difficult questions for you.Please try to answer the following questions.
三、Culture learning
T：Before our class，two Ss do a survey about the Thanksgiving Day.Now，let’s welcome them to share their information of the survey.

四、Extension：writing
Today we’re learning some knowledge of Thanksgiving Day.Can you tell me more about western festivals?
Sssay the festivals.T says：There are lots of western festivals.My favourite festival is the Christmas Day.
T shows some pictures about Christmas Day ( father Christmas、Christmas tree、present) and says：Can you write a short passage about the Christmas Day?
Ss write it for 5 minutes then T asks two Ss to do the presentation.
