abstract
Oral implantology is an emerging discipline developed rapidly since 1960s,with the progress of modern science and technology,and aesthetics,science of dental materials,biomedical engineering and oral medical subjects and other related disciplines,new theory and new technology of mutual penetration,combination of basic and clinical,become one of the most promising contemporary oral medicine the subject.

The diameter and length of implant affect the stress of bone tissue interface and alveolar bone around implant. A lot of research reports have been done by researchers at home and abroad,but the conclusions are not consistent. Rieger and other believe that large implants should be chosen to make the maximum distribution of the load on the bone tissue. Meijer suggests that the length of the implant has little effect on the stress of the bone tissue interface. Petrie and other believe that the effect of large diameter and longer taper implants on bone stress is less. Lum has been found to be feasible by the experiment,because the stress is mainly concentrated in the neck of the implant.
There are many kinds of superstructure of implant denture,which can be divided into removable superstructure and fixed superstructure. The latter includes a single crown,a combined crown and a fixed bridge. The superstructure consists of an artificial crown,a metal bracket,a artificial tooth,a base and a fixed screw. The design of the superstructure of the implant directly determines the transmission of the force of the implant and its surrounding composite units. Good design should make the joint force evenly spread to the surrounding bone tissue,which can not lead to stress concentration,and reduce the lateral force and torsion of the implant. The design of implant dentures to reduce the stress transmitted to the implant during chewing has been a hot topic in the oral implant field. Biomechanical compatibility is one of the important factors that affect the long-term success of implant denture. The biomechanical compatibility of implant denture is closely related to the superstructure.
The establishment of normal occlusion is also an important factor affecting the repair of implant denture. Unlike natural teeth,there is no periodontal tissue in the implant bone interface,and the response to the resultant force is very different. Therefore,the occlusal design of the superstructure of the implant should be different from the traditional prosthesis,and the special mechanical characteristics of the implant should be taken into account. The occlusal design includes the design of the size and direction of the implant bite force. That is to say,the bite force that is transmitted to the implant is controlled within the physiological limit that the patient can bear in the jaw system. At present,take photos of adjacent teeth,and make anatomical shapes and axial camber on the opposite side of the same teeth. high firmness and strong foreign research shows that,abrasion strength higher than the metal porcelain restoration material common in this experiment,24 cases were all ceramic crown porcelain cases. The bonding time,due to improper operation or other reasons the binder is too thick,the crown can not be fully in place,thus affecting the crown marginal fit,in clinical practice the excess adhesive must be cleaned,fine bonding material could not be removed can cause gingival hypertrophy caused gingivitis,repair effect the positioning and repair effect. During the whole process of repair,patients are required to maintain oral hygiene,guide patients to clean dental implants correctly,check regularly,check whether each component is loose,whether the upper part is displaced and take X-ray. Eliminate the adverse factors in time. At the same time,during the first stage operation,the clinical doctors are required to strictly select the indications and make reasonable planting plan,so that the implant can have the best placement and depth,and improve the utilization rate of implant denture.
Concluding remarks:The color selection process of CAD/CAM all ceramic crowns including:the perception of patients with residual teeth of hue,saturation and brightness and the discrimination;detailed description and record the color characteristics of teeth in each area;through technical processing of single or computer network image transmission and other ways to accurately transmit information of dental technician. Inaccurate color selection will lead to the failure of the restoration of all porcelain crowns and even lead to the emergence of clinical disputes.
