摘要:随着国家建设步伐的加快,机场建设工程作为工程建设与管理的一项重要组成,机场工程建设项目日益增多,其受各方重视程度也越来越高,机场建设工程质量好坏直接影响整体工程使用寿命,因此,要想提高机场工程质量就必须加强工程管理。本文分析机场工程管理的现状,探讨了机场工程施工技术要点,为提高机场工程质量管理水平提供有价值的参考。

Summary: With the acceleration of national construction, the airport construction project is an important component of engineering construction and management. The number of airport construction projects is increasing day by day, and the degree of attention it receives from all parties is also increasing. The quality of airport construction projects directly affects the service life of the overall project. Therefore, to improve the quality of the airport project, we must strengthen the management of the project. This paper analyzes the present situation of airport engineering management, discusses the key points of airport engineering construction technology, and provides valuable reference for improving airport engineering quality management level.

Introduction
In recent years, with the continuous development of China's social and economic level, the construction of the airport has also been rapidly developed, and the airport project has begun to attract the attention of many people. Under such circumstances, if the overall quality of the airport project is to be guaranteed, the focus is on construction management and control. Airport engineering is an important part in engineering construction. With the continuous improvement of construction management technology, innovation is imperative.
1 Present Situation of Airport Construction Project Management

2 Measures to strengthen airport engineering management
2.1 Sound security management system
Construction units must strictly comply with the relevant requirements of the Law on Safety in Production and the Regulations on Safety in Production Management in Construction Projects, so as to improve the safety management system and establish a safety management responsibility system, so that the responsibility for safety management can be realized on individuals. For example, the project manager is the first person in charge, and then the field safety manager, the technical person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the construction team, and the operator on the site are combined. Safety management teams have been established one after another, so that the safety management can be implemented throughout the construction of the project. Finally, it is conducive to the construction of airport projects.
2.2 Construction site inspection, supervision system
Safety inspection and supervision at the construction site is an important means. First of all, we must start with ourselves. The on-site construction manager is the subject of responsibility for the safety management of the construction site. We must strictly implement the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Civil Aviation Construction" and the "Technical Standard for Temporary Electric Power Safety at the Construction Site." Insist on self-inspection, find one place for hazardous sources, strengthen construction safety management, and second, increase the frequency of inspection. The project department insists on regular and irregular security inspections, supervise construction on the ground, and effectively inspect monitoring means to oppose illegal operations. Command violation is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Construction of an information-based management system
We will use advanced information technology to store digital information, improve access to information, implement information management for the progress of project management, and establish an information management system for project management through corresponding hardware and software support, combined with corresponding information technology. The remote control and management of the project progress is realized by computer, and the progress is reasonably adjusted according to the specific conditions of the project construction and the overall planning of the project. The dynamic analysis of the actual project progress and the progress of the project plan is combined with the change curve of the project progress. This ensures the quality of the project, improves the efficiency of project management by using information management systems, strengthens the exchange of information between departments, and effectively analyzes the collected management data to improve the management quality.
2.4 Implementation of networked project supervision and management
Management and supervision are closely linked. To realize the effective management of airport engineering projects, it is necessary to perfect the supervision system and improve the quality of management through effective monitoring. We will establish a networked supervision system, effectively integrate information management networks, supervision networks, and engineering archives management networks, conduct comprehensive supervision, and use an effective supervision system to supervise the contents of project management layer by layer. Monitoring the construction process of the project dynamically while supervising the project data to ensure the quality of the project construction process.
