一、课例背景
本课例由广西省融安县高级中学吴佳玲老师执教,是校内高二阅读公开课,授课时间40分钟。
二、教学分析
1.教学内容
本课例选取人教新课标版高中英语必修6 unit4 reading(说明文),文本语言难度较大。描述全球变暖起因,如何应对全球变暖问题以及两个专家对全球变暖意见和看法。课时的教学重点是认识全球变暖产生的后果;鼓励学生表达对全球变暖的看法和应对措施。
2.学情分析
授课对象为高二年级B层次的学生,基础弱,本课内容贴近生活并涉及其他学科相关知识,可在网上搜相关话题、文章和图片。学生有兴趣,为本课学习提供背景知识支架。
3.教学目标
(1)熟悉与全球变暖和表达观点的词汇:burning of fossil fuels、human activity、greenhouse gases等,句式:I would like to suggest that we’d better…I think it would be wise to 等。(2)了解全球变暖的起因后果,启发学生应对全球变暖。(3)通过讨论培养批判性思维,激发社会责任感和积极的生活态度。
三、教学过程

导入:有趣的视频、直观的图片和简单对话,激活学生已有背景知识,呈现将出现的词汇。活跃了课堂气氛,激发学生学习热情,为接下来的阅读提供支撑。

【设计意图】课堂学习延伸到课外,巩固所学知识,了解更多全球变暖信息,语法填空与高考题型相结合,做到生活与考试结合。
四、教学反思
1.对学情认真了解,对文本研读和思考,课堂设计准备充分。学习任务分解,降难度,引导学生思考,培养思维能力、情感态度,有效调控了活动,让学生对文本学习有信心。2.教学目标明确,课堂有效,学生参与度高。教学活动紧凑,学生围绕教学目标思考和学习。活动形式多样,学生掌握文本信息并学到相应的阅读技能与策略,并对文本深层次探索,启发创造性思维。3.小组合作探究学习模式和学案的合理利用。小组成员合作探究,互帮互助,学习效率提高。学案使学习任务明确,学习更有针对性。
