微课的运用应当穿插在数学教学的不同阶段。在课前，教师可以在微课平台上上传相关的课件、视频等教学资料，学生可以根据自身情况，借助微课平台，利用相关课件资料完成课前预习，对即将学习的知识进行初步了解；在实际数学课堂上，教师则可以根据学生课前预习的完成情况，因材施教，设计该堂课程的具体内容，以微课的形式对重难点知识进行讲解，从而使学生对该部分知识能够更好地消化，以此提高教学效果；课后，教师可以将课后作业发布在微课平台，学生可以通过练习总结进行自我反思，从而巩固知识。
我县属于农业县城，耕地面积78万亩，现有农机维修网点78个，二级2个，三级76个，从业人员106人，全部持有农机维修从业资格证书，持证率达100%，维修模式主要有：个体经营、合作社经营、经销商售后维修、农机大户4种，其中年收入不足5万元的网点占50%，综合服务能力不齐，技术水平较低，目前，大多数农机维修网点比较简陋，占地面积150平方米左右，有的建简易的维修房间，有的露天维修；网点的主要维修设备及工具有电焊机、氧一乙炔焊机、扒胎机、磨气门机、台钻、气泵、台钳、拥有车床、钻床、油泵试验台及动平衡机的网点廖廖无几。

Truth·Kindness·Beauty is a film that explores the importance of promoting and retaining traditional values in the process of modernity and globalization.Since opening to the world in the 1970’s, China’s pace of change has been rapid, which challenges its traditional cultural structures. The magazine Duzhe has been a pillar of good values and positive stories helping satisfy people’s curiosities since the early 1980’s. The guiding principles of Duzhe are truth,kindness and beauty.The film explores the complex relationship between the inevitability of progress and the upheaval of the past. It features Yang Hua (vice dean of the College of Communications, Northwest Normal University) and Chen Tianzhu (editor of Duzhe magazine).Together they explore the important responsibility of shaping the minds of fellow country people, from their perspectives as educator and publisher.
