摘要:针对某换流站内一罐式断路器故障引起对侧断路器失灵的问题,通过对故障录波文件、现场一次设备运行方式、保护动作进行分析,得出了对侧断路器失灵的原因并提出了预防和解决的措施。分析结果表明:故障过程中,流过对侧该断路器的故障电流的直流分量过大,使电流波形无过零点,断路器灭弧失败,最终导致失灵。所述解决措施可为现场此类事故的发生提供可行的预防和解决思路。

Analysis for the failure of a contralateral breaker caused by internal malfunction of a tank breaker

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of a tank circuit breaker failure in a convertor station causing the failure of a contralateral breaker, the reasons for the failure of a contralateral breaker were obtained and the preventing measures and solutions were proposed by analyzing fault recorder documents and operating mode of primary equipment and the protection operation. The analysis result shows that the direct component of fault current flowing through the contralateral breaker during the failure process is too large, resulting in that there is no zero crossing in the current waveform and the arc extinguishing by the breaker fails, which eventually lead to the malfunction. With the mentioned solutions, preventing and solving ideas for the occurrence of such on-site accidents can be provided.

0 引言
2016年5月16日17时53分,某电网750kV线路1(换流站A—电厂A)、线路2(换流站A—电厂B)以及电厂A 750kV Ⅱ母跳闸,事故未造成负荷损失或机组跳闸。故障发生前系统运行方式如图1所示,故障发生前换流站A侧7531、7530、7532成串运行,电厂A侧7521、7520、7522成串运行。
