摘要:针对变电站中电瓷型电气设备抗震相关研究较弱,地震易损性较高的现状,通过研究云南省某一设计基本烈度为9度的110kV变电站,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对该变电站中常见的3种电瓷型电气设备进行模态分析、瞬态动力学分析和各种荷载工况组合分析,研究电气设备在遭遇9度及以下地震震级情况下设备本身的抗震特性。并通过在电力设备的某些部位安装消能减震装置后,对分析数据进行对比,研究其减震隔震效果。结果表明:消能减震装置的减震隔震效果良好,很好的保护了电气设备,隔断了地震能量,有较明显的运用效果。

Analysis of the application effect of electrical equipment of electric porcelain with shock absorber

Abstract: Aiming at type electric porcelain electrical equipment in substation seismic research is weak, the present situation of the high seismic vulnerability, through the research of yunnan province a basic intensity of 9 degree of 110 kv substation design, using ANSYS finite element analysis software for the three common type electric porcelain electrical equipment in substation, modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis and combination of various load condition analysis, research on electrical equipment under a 9 degrees and earthquake magnitude cases, seismic characteristics of the equipment itself. After the damping device was installed in some parts of the power equipment, the analysis data was compared and the shock absorption effect was studied. The results show that the vibration isolation effect of the damping device is good, it is good to protect the electrical equipment, the seismic energy is broken, and the effect is obvious.
